Exceptional Education Paraprofessional

The exceptional education paraprofessional supports students with disabilities in inclusion or resource settings by assisting with instructional activities and classroom management. They also provide physical support, supervise student transitions, and collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student success.

Candidates must pass a criminal background check and demonstrate the ability to work with students with physical, emotional, or intellectual disabilities. Experience in classroom management and a willingness to perform physical interventions or toileting assistance are required.
