Behavior Technician - Willing to Train

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One specialized treatment to children on the autism spectrum by implementing behavioral plans designed by a bcba. They are also responsible for collecting data to monitor progress and supporting the bcba in training families on treatment plans.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and the ability to perform physical activities like lifting 25+ pounds. Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, along with reliable transportation.
