The assistant coach is responsible for instructing athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training while promoting character development and self-Discipline. They also oversee practices, games, and locker rooms while ensuring the maintenance and security of sports equipment and facilities.

Candidates must have previous successful coaching experience in the assigned sport and possess deep technical knowledge of the field. They are expected to serve as positive role models and demonstrate a commitment to student athlete development and safety.
