State Pre-K Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning, assessing, and instructing children while managing classroom activities and curriculum implementation. They also build relationships with families and mentor fellow teachers to ensure program standards are met.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, family studies, or a related field. Previous experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans is required, along with the ability to meet state licensing and background screening standards.
