Severe Needs Teacher - Falcon Creek Middle School

Develop and implement individualized instructional programs to support students with affective and severe needs in various classroom settings. Monitor student progress, maintain academic and behavioral documentation, and collaborate with staff and families to ensure student success.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and a valid colorado department of education teaching license with a special education endorsement. A minimum of three years of professional teaching experience is required, along with the ability to pass a criminal background check.
