Behavior Analyst In Training

The behavior analyst in training conducts functional assessments and develops evidence-Based behavior support plans for neurodiverse adults. They also provide staff training, maintain behavioral documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure treatment integrity.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in psychology, human services, or a related field and be enrolled in a master's program with an approved bacb course sequence. At least one year of human services experience and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation are required.
