Early Childhood Specialist - Phoenix, AZ

The early childhood specialist is responsible for conducting developmental screenings and assessments while utilizing the construct curriculum to plan engaging, age-Appropriate activities. They must maintain a positive, supportive classroom environment that fosters child autonomy, social-Emotional growth, and effective communication with families.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, a child development associate (Cda) credential, and at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting. Additional requirements include a class one fingerprint clearance card, negative tb test, and certifications in cpr, first aid, and food handling.
