Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized skill-Acquisition and behavior-Intervention plans written by a supervising board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba) while collecting accurate, real-Time data on all treatment goals. This role involves direct care, maintaining communication with supervisors for support, and adhering strictly to all treatment plans and ethical standards.

Candidates must possess a minimum high school diploma or national equivalent and hold an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification through the bacb. Additional requirements include passing background screenings, obtaining a fingerprint clearance card, maintaining active cpr certification, and demonstrating strong communication skills and compassion for working with children and families.
