Lead Preschool Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans while maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment. They must also manage child assessments, maintain portfolios, and establish professional rapport with families through regular communication.

Candidates must hold an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a relevant field and possess previous experience working with preschool-Aged children. The role requires the ability to pass background checks and meet physical demands such as lifting up to 40 lbs.
