Core responsibilities
The bcaba will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and provide one-On-One therapy to children. They are also responsible for supervising rbts and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-Quality, evidence-Based care.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a bcaba certification and a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field. Additionally, they must have experience working with children with autism and be able to pass a background check.
