  • This position is for you, if you can: Develop a positive environment for children, parents, and staff. Demonstrate an understanding of the developmental needs of children and families. Be a positive role model and demonstrate good judgment and abide by program rules. Supervise and assure proper safety for a group of children. Communicates with and maintains positive relationships with families.
  • QualificationsQualifications:
  • Minimum 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Child development knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
  • Highly developed organization and prioritization skills and dedication to completing tasks in a timely manner. Childcare Education, Background Checks, and other trainings are required and supported by the YMCA after you are hired!

Requirements
