We're seeking a motivated and student-centered English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher to support an Illinois school district. In this role, you will provide targeted ESL instruction tailored to students’ individual language proficiency levels. You’ll support development across listening, speaking, reading, and writing while helping students access grade-level content. Working closely with teachers and school staff, you’ll ensure students receive consistent, high-quality support throughout the school day.
You’ll also monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and contribute to a positive and welcoming learning environment where all students feel supported.
Passion for inclusive education and student success. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with ESL Endorsement. Experience working with multilingual learners or in a school setting is preferred.
