Provide treatment therapy to eligible students as defined by the occupational therapist and assist in the evaluation and assessment process. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and collaborate with teachers and staff to support Individual Education Plans.
Requires an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program degree and a valid Arizona COTA license. Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
The Austin Centers for Exceptional Students is a multifaceted special education program, designed specifically for students with emotional disabilities, autism, intellectual disabilities, specific learning disabilities or other educational challenges. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stoop, reach, stand, walk, lift, pull, push, grasp, talk, hear, see and use repetitive motions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds of materials, etc. The position requires the individual to meet multiple demands from several people and interact with the public and other staff.

Pay Range $51,000—$80,000 USD
