Childcare Lead Preschool Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for managing all aspects of the classroom and implementing activities that foster emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development. They must also maintain a safe, clean environment and build professional relationships with families.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or ged and possess a level 1 or higher pdis certification. Experience in early childhood education or a related degree is required, along with the ability to pass background checks and lift up to 40 lbs.
