Job description
* This opening is in the EPSDT-ABA program
Daily Requirements
- Update the assessments as needed.
- Develop the treatment plan. Update as needed.
- Train the Registered Behavior Technician and parent(s)/ guardian(s) in the implementation of the ITP and data collection.
- Communicate with the RBT and parent(s)/guardian(s).
- Oversee the implementation of the ITP, ensure implementation is based on evidence-based intervention strategies.
- Monitor effectiveness.
Weekly Requirements
- Work between 2-6 hours per week monitoring RBT.
- Provide monthly family training.
- Oversee the implementation of evidence-based intervention strategies by the RBT and the customer's family.
- Ensure ongoing education of family members and key staff on strategies used in ABA that should be implemented in the treatment plan.
- Respond to concerns of family members and key staff regarding the treatment plan.
- Provide on-site monitoring of treatment effectiveness and implementation fidelity.
- Provide modification of the treatment plan and assessment information as necessary.
- Update assessment at least every 6 months, as well as Individual Treatment Plan.
Qualifications
- Must hold a certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience in ABA Therapy.
- Have a minimum two (2) years of experience developing/providing intensive intervention or overseeing the intensive intervention program for children with autism
