Lead Toddler Caregiver - Waddler Room

The lead toddler caregiver oversees daily classroom operations, curriculum planning, and the implementation of activities for children aged 12 to 24 months. They also maintain a safe, nurturing environment while ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and agency policies.

Candidates must hold an associate’s degree in early childhood with one year of relevant experience or an infant/Toddler cda credential with two years of experience. Applicants must also possess strong leadership skills, the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting, and required certifications in cpr, first aid, and medication administration.
