Lead Toddler Caregiver

The lead toddler caregiver oversees daily classroom operations, guides curriculum planning, and ensures a safe, nurturing environment for children. They also maintain open communication with parents and collaborate with staff to support child development and agency standards.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree in early childhood education, a cda credential, or relevant college credits combined with professional experience. Additionally, applicants must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 lbs and hold or be willing to obtain cpr, first aid, and medication administration certifications.
