Core responsibilities
Provide direct care, supervision, and therapeutic support to youth in a residential setting while ensuring a safe and trauma-Informed environment. Facilitate daily routines, skill-Building groups, and crisis de-Escalation to promote the well-Being and resilience of the youth.
Requirements summary
