  • What You'll Do Assist in managing and supporting an assigned ABA caseload Provide direct supervision and guidance to RBTs in the field and clinic Support implementation of treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA Collect and review data to ensure accuracy and consistency Assist with assessments, program updates, and clinical documentation Collaborate with BCBAs, Clinical Director, and team members Maintain timely and compliant documentation Support a consistent and structured clinical environment What This Role Is and Is Not A hands-on clinical role with direct impact on clients and RBTs A support role working closely with BCBAs and leadership Flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload needs An opportunity to grow toward a BCBA role if desired

Qualifications

BCaBA certification required Ohio certification required Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders Strong understanding of ABA principles Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate
