- What You'll Do Manage and oversee an assigned ABA caseload Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide clinical direction and support to RBTs assigned to your cases Monitor client progress through data and adjust programming as needed Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members Maintain timely and compliant documentation Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented clinical environment What This Role Is and Is Not Focused on clinical work and client outcomes Structured and predictable Supportive team environment Involves directing RBTs clinically within your caseload Provides flexibility in managing your daily schedule
Qualifications
