The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for delivering high-quality speech therapy services and ensuring full compliance with special education regulations. Key duties include developing and implementing IEPs, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Communication Disorders and a valid Texas license as a Speech Language Pathologist. Additionally, a National Certification of Clinical Competence from ASHA is required.

Work Hours: Normal Work hours (215 days)
This role involves delivering high-quality speech therapy services and ensuring full compliance with special education regulations. Key responsibilities include reviewing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborating with educators and parents to create and update IEPs, and monitoring students' progress to adjust goals and request further evaluations as necessary. The role demands strict adherence to Texas Education Agency (TEA) guidelines and effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for students.
