Extern Student Nurse - OB

The nurse extern will perform clinical procedures and patient care activities under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. They are responsible for monitoring patient conditions, assisting with hygiene and mobility needs, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program and have completed the nursing fundamentals 101 course. A current bls certification from the american heart association is required, along with a minimum 3.0 cumulative gpa.
