ABA Behavior Technician

The behavior technician implements individualized treatment plans using positive reinforcement and play-Based teaching to help children with autism build life skills. They are also responsible for collecting accurate progress data and collaborating with the clinical team to support client goals.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to pass a background check and tb test, and a valid driver's license or state id. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and availability to work specific shifts including some saturdays.
