K3 Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will create and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum while managing the classroom environment. They are also responsible for documenting student progress and collaborating with staff to ensure a safe and stimulating experience for children.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience working with young children in a preschool or kindergarten setting is required.
