Core responsibilities
The teen mentor plans, organizes, and leads engaging activities and skill development programs for participants. They are also responsible for maintaining program records, managing equipment, and ensuring a safe, clean environment for all attendees.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of prior teaching or instructional experience. Applicants should also demonstrate the ability to develop and teach skills and be willing to obtain necessary certifications within 90 days.
