Teacher Assistant - Bancroft School

The teacher assistant supports classroom teachers in implementing individualized lesson plans and behavioral strategies to meet student iep goals. They also provide direct tutoring, monitor student progress, and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.

Candidates must hold an associate degree or have completed 60 college credits and possess an njdoe substitute teacher’s certification. A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
