ABA Direct Support Professional

The clinical associate applies aba therapy methods to teach life skills and help individuals achieve their goals. They also collect observational data, maintain documentation, and assist with daily living activities like hygiene and meal preparation.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or be currently enrolled in a four-Year program with at least 60 credits in psychology, aba, social work, or a related field. Applicants should be compassionate and prepared to handle challenging behaviors in a residential setting.
