Core responsibilities
The school behavior support worker designs and implements behavior support plans while providing one-On-One assistance to students with emotional and behavioral challenges. They also collaborate with school staff and families to foster a safe, productive learning environment through pbis and crisis intervention strategies.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged along with at least three years of relevant experience. Additionally, a valid nys driver's license and tci certification (Or the ability to obtain it within 30 days) are required.
