Childcare Lead teacher – Before & After School

The lead teacher is responsible for facilitating hands-On activities, including steam and fitness, while maintaining a safe and engaging environment for children. They must also communicate daily with families and ensure compliance with state and program policies.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably one year of experience working with children. Applicants must be physically capable of performing tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs and must be medically cleared of communicable diseases.
