Childcare Lead teacher – Before & After School

The lead teacher is responsible for facilitating hands-On activities, including fitness, steam, and art, while ensuring a safe and engaging environment for school-Age children. They must also communicate daily with families and maintain compliance with state and program policies.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include one year of experience working with children under 13 and the physical ability to perform tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs.
