Direct Care Professional - AM Shift

Direct care professionals provide 24-Hour supervision and support for youth in a residential treatment center, including managing behaviors and implementing treatment plans. They also document progress, assist with daily living activities, and facilitate enrichment activities.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Applicants must have six weeks of behavioral health experience or equivalent education and pass background and health screenings.
