What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, engaging, and high-quality care for children of all ages in homes, in child centers and at events
- Adapt quickly to new environments, routines, and children’s needs
- Build strong, positive connections with children and clients
- Communicate clearly and confidently about each shift
- Show up reliable, professional, and ready to go

Availability Requirements
- Full-Time (Guaranteed Hours*): Monday–Friday availability between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekend
- Availability: Must be available at least one weekend day (Saturday or
- Sunday) between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Must be comfortable commuting up to 45 minutes to care within the greater Southeastern Michigan area
