The Instructional Assistant will work collaboratively with the Child Development Center team to provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children aged 2.5 to 6. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean environment and assisting with classroom routines, data collection, and record-keeping.
Candidates must possess an associate degree in early childhood or a related field, a substitute license, or equivalent college credits, or have passed the PARAPRO assessment. Experience working with young children in an early childhood setting is required.
