Behavior Associate (Southern Maryland Campus-California, MD)

The behavior associate supports classroom and clinical staff by implementing crisis management strategies and behavioral intervention plans. They are responsible for documenting student progress, assisting with functional behavioral assessments, and maintaining a safe, orderly environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with an associate's degree preferred, and at least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities. Professional crisis management (Pcm) and cpr certifications are required, while registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification is preferred.
