Behavior Technician/RBT (Paid Training)

Provide one-On-One aba therapy in client homes by implementing individualized behavior plans designed by a bcba. Collect session data, document client progress, and maintain regular communication with supervisors and caregivers.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to travel locally to client homes. Preferred experience includes working with children in settings such as childcare, education, psychology, or healthcare.
