Registered Behavior Technician - RBT

The registered behavior technician will implement behavior therapy techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and increase functional skills in clients with autism and idds. They will work directly with clients in homes, clinics, and schools to document progress and collect behavioral data.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged. No prior experience is required, but candidates must complete the bayada rbt academy and pass the rbt exam.
