Family Advocate

The family advocate works with families and child care partners to build trusting relationships and assist families in achieving self-Sufficiency. Responsibilities include recruiting and enrolling families, conducting home visits, and ensuring compliance with head start performance standards.

Candidates must hold a credential or degree in social work, human services, or a related field, with a bachelor's degree preferred. The role requires the ability to travel, pass a background check, and work collaboratively with diverse populations.
