ABA Program Supervisor

The supervisor will design and implement personalized aba programs while overseeing behavior technicians to ensure effective treatment delivery. They are responsible for conducting assessments, analyzing progress data, and providing guidance to families and staff to support client independence.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and at least two years of professional experience in behavior modification. The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a criminal background check and health screenings.
