ABA Program Supervisor

The aba program supervisor designs and implements personalized behavior intervention plans while supervising behavior technicians to ensure effective service delivery. They conduct clinical assessments, analyze progress data, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support clients with developmental disabilities.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and at least two years of professional experience in behavior modification. The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a criminal background check, physical, and tb test.
