Core responsibilities
The lead teacher is responsible for leading and inspiring the classroom with creative, developmentally appropriate lessons while maintaining a safe and joyful environment. They also mentor assistant teachers and build meaningful relationships with children and their families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a cda or an associate's degree in early childhood education with at least 6 credit hours in the field. Additionally, at least 2 years of early childhood education experience and current cpr/First aid certification are required.
