Support teachers are responsible for engaging children in meaningful developmental activities and assisting assistant teachers during breaks or absences. They must also maintain classroom cleanliness, ensure safety standards are met, and communicate professionally with staff and leadership.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and meet all state-specific licensing requirements. Previous experience in early childhood settings is preferred, and a CPR/First Aid certification is required or must be obtained.

Ability to bend, reach, and move freely between classrooms. Regular and reliable attendance. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
