Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Frederick County Public Schools

Provide direct student instruction using applied behavior analysis principles and behavior reduction protocols in school settings. Collect and document data on student behavior and progress while collaborating with school teams and participating in iep meetings.

Requires a high school diploma or ged, with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates must have two years of experience working with students with behavioral challenges and hold or be working toward an rbt certification.
