Employment Specialist

The employment specialist assists young people experiencing homelessness by providing job search coaching, job matching, and case management to build employment skills. They also facilitate workshops, coordinate internship programs, and maintain partnerships with the business community.

Applicants must have a high school diploma, with an associate or bachelor degree in human services preferred, and at least 3 years of experience working with at-Risk youth. A valid california driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 40 lbs are required.
