Employment Specialist (Full-Time)

The employment specialist will assist young people experiencing homelessness by providing job search coaching, matching them with employment opportunities, and developing internships. They will also manage individualized success plans, facilitate workforce workshops, and maintain partnerships with the business community.

Applicants must have a high school diploma, with an associate or bachelor degree preferred, and a minimum of 3 years of experience working with at-Risk youth. Candidates must be at least 25 years old, possess a valid california driver's license, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
