The counselor is responsible for supervising children, leading age-appropriate activities, and following the provided curriculum. They must also assist with event organization and maintain a safe, clean environment for all campers.
We are seeking punctual, energetic, creative and dependable staff to join our team for our summer camp program. Some Responsibilities
Attend trainings with the camp director Ensures supervision of students at all times, including escorting students to and from the classroom or gym Maintain confidentiality Organize and lead age-appropriate activities.
Instruct groups of children in the given curriculum.
Assist in organizing projects and events for theme days or special activities Ability to interact and communicate clearly with children and adults.
Responsible for setting up and putting away program supplies and is capable of lifting and moving camp equipment.
Able to participate and interact all day in a camp setting, which may include long periods of time standing, moving, and/or enduring outdoor weather.
