The Substitute Teacher is responsible for following lesson plans, managing the classroom, and providing feedback on student progress. They must also maintain a safe learning environment and document behavioral incidents.
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree and possess a strong understanding of child development and classroom management. Previous experience in a substitute teaching role is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or higher Previous experience as a substitute teacher is preferred Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines Excellent verbal and written communication skills
