We’re hiring a high-energy, Polish-speaking Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and help build something exciting — including social groups, community outings, and hands-on therapy experiences.

Growth opportunity- We are actively growing our speech department — there is strong opportunity to move into leadership roles (e.g., lead SLP, director , program development, supervising groups) for clinicians who demonstrate initiative and strong clinical skills.

We invest in our team — you’ll receive ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of the latest research and evidence-based practices, along with hands-on support to apply these strategies in real sessions.

This is NOT a sit-at-the-table-all-day role.

You’ll be out in the community, running groups, building programs, and making real impact.What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide engaging, play-based speech therapy (clinic + home + community) Run and create social communication groups (peer interaction, conversation skills, real-life practice) Go on field trips & community outings (parks, stores, group activities) Collaborate closely with ABA team Train caregivers for carryover at home Track progress and keep documentation streamlined

We are looking for someone

Fluent in English (Polish speaking also a plus) Licensed SLP in Illinois (or eligible) High-energy, hands-on, and comfortable leading active sessions and groups Passionate about working with kids with autism/developmental delays Takes initiative to create groups and opportunities for kids Thinks outside the box
