Core responsibilities
Provide one-On-One therapy to clients while implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data on behavioral progress. Collaborate with supervising bcbas to adjust intervention strategies and provide training to caregivers.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have the ability to obtain and maintain rbt certification. Strong communication skills and the physical capacity to perform tasks like lifting and de-Escalating aggressive behavior are required.
