Training and Onboarding Specialist

The training and onboarding specialist manages the learning management system and designs training programs to ensure staff are effectively onboarded and developed. They facilitate orientation, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with leadership to support employee retention and high-Quality care.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in hr, training, or learning and development, preferably within a healthcare setting. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with technical proficiency in electronic health records and learning management systems.
