Substitute Associate Teacher - Head Start/Early Head Start

The substitute associate teacher assists in implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for children. Responsibilities include supporting daily hygiene routines, supervising classroom and outdoor activities, and fostering the intellectual and emotional growth of students.

Candidates must have completed at least 12 units in early childhood education or child development from an accredited institution. Applicants are also required to meet state licensing requirements, including background clearances and certifications in cpr and first aid.
